It's been a few days so I thought I should update just in case anybody is reading this... I'd hate to appear boring or something. My cousin Shane and his wife April just had their first baby yesterday and I am so excited for them. I can't wait to see some pictures or something, so I'm really counting on Mickele to get going on that... And I thought it was very nice of April to work it out that she have Jaxon on my birthday because that really helps me to remember when his birthday is.

For anyone who has talked to me in the last week, you know that Jamison is going through a little 'phase' (please pray this is just a phase) right now. Ever since last Saturday, he's become very sensitive and he's really been struggling at daycare. He didn't eat breakfast, lunch, or snack last week and he didn't drink anything or say one word the entire time he was at daycare. This is really unusual for him. I don't know if he's jealous of the new baby or if it's just a two-year-old thing or if he's just tired or what. Through my own laziness, I've been a little lax with his bedtime (he's amazing at prolonging the simplest of activites) so we've been working on that and I'm proud to say I've gotten his bedtime back down to 9pm. I'd like 8 or 8:30, but we'll see if that happens. Anyways, he's been much better this weekend so I really hope he does all right tomorrow. He's so cute though... yesterday I was tired so I was laying down on the floor in his room and he told me to lay down on his bed instead. Then he covered me up with his blanket, making sure to cover my feet because he hates it when his own feet are left uncovered. He turned on his little heater and his radio (which contains a CD of Baby Signing Time, his favorite music) and made sure I had some water and then told me 'night night nonnie'. Then he shut the door and left me to take a nap. It was so sweet!

As for the other baby, there's not much new to report on there. I have another appointment this Friday but from what I remember, they're pretty uneventful from this point forward until the end. I'm still only feeling her move a little bit, but I do usually feel her move around at least once a day. Still haven't thought of a name yet and for everyone who is wondering, I'm not trying or not trying to come up with a 'J' name. I seem to get that question a lot. :)

Welcome to Jamison's new website!

I figured it was about time to update since Jamison is now going to have to share with Baby #2 and I decided that a blog is definitely the easier way to go seeing as I never update my old site anymore! : ) I've finally put new pictures up too, including our Christmas pictures from Minnesota which I'm sure Jay's family will be happy to FINALLY see. Jamison is doing well and he is so so so so cute.

As for the new baby, I'm sure I've told the entire world several times that we'll be finding out what we're having on Friday (Jan. 18th) at 11am. So check back here Friday afternoon to find out what Baby #2 is going to be. We (and by we, I mostly just mean me) are so excited to find out and I'll come back and post as soon as I get back to my computer. : )
